Inspired by themes of nature and the lakes, this studio is great for individuals, couples or two friends looking to experience a vibrant yet calm, quiet and playful vibe in the midst of the bustling city. Nestled in the food-lovers paradise of Cluster D, JLT, this creative haven is ideal for remote working. Your remote work and/or getaway experience just got an upgrade – welcome to your new cityscape creative retreat! Guest access Our building has a swimming pool, gym, steam room, sauna, and BBQ area. All found on the first floor. The access card is needed to enter all the facilities. Paid parking available in the cluster of buildings (ground floor) on first come, first serve basis. Other things to note Since this apartment is licensed on Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET), all guests are required to send us their passport copy prior to Check-In.

HOUSE RULES Parties/events are not allowed. No additional guests allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden and is only permitted in outdoor areas. Please note that daily cleaning is not included. You will be provided with a set of bath and hand towels – one for each guest. Early Check-in: AED 50 per each extra hour earlier than 15:00 Dubai Time (subject to availability). Late Check-out: AED 100 per each extra hour after the regular check-out time (11:00) (subject to availability). Tourism Dirham Fee is charged by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Municipality (DTCM). The apartment is registered as a Holiday Home, and all guests must provide their passport copies in advance as per Dubai regulations. Lost Access Cards: AED 500 Lost Key: AED 200
