The Space - This dazzling apartment is located on the 17th floor of Botanica Tower, is spread over 67 sqm and has capacity for 2 people. - The living room features a beige sofa, a leathered armchair, a coffee table, a rug, and a smart TV with Netflix, as well as wall paintings, and decor items. - A welcome counter with a mirror is also available at the entrance of the apartment. - A cozy dining area is located in the open space; it includes a table and four chairs. - A balcony can be accessed from the living room and it boasts amazing views on the marina, and is furnished with a table and two chairs. - The kitchen is beautifully filled with black cabinets and white countertops. It includes equipment like dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and a stove. Strictly 15-minute grace period will be allowed, after which a charge equivalent to half a night's stay will apply. If the check-out occurs after 12:00 PM, a full night's charge will be applied. Note: Late check-out after 12:00 PM is subject to availability of the unit. Booking extension – Guests must inform the host at least 4 hours prior to the standard check-out time. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge for the unit's cleaning fee. The amount will be credited back to the guest's bank account within 3 business days, minus any applicable bank or transfer fees (3-10%), depending on the recipient bank's location. Long Stay Booking Notice For stays longer than 10 days, guests are required to schedule regular cleaning and linen/towel changes to ensure the unit is well-maintained. Applicable fees will be charged for these services.
