The Space - This one bedroom apartment is spread over 73 sqm, has capacity for 2 people, and is located on the 4th floor of Lamtara Building 3 in Madinat Jumeirah Living. - The interior is charming, as every corner is carefully designed with top-notch furniture and amazing decor. - The living room is nicely furnished with an L-shaped sofa with light-colored cushions, a white armchair, a matching rug, a coffee table, a 42'' HD TV, as well as unique decor accents and exceptional wall decor. - A dining area is also located in this open space; it includes a round dining table with four creamy-white chairs. - A balcony can be accessed from the living room; it is furnished with a table and two white chairs, offering an amazing cityscape views. - The kitchen at the apartment is nicely filled with white cabinets and countertops. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge for the unit's cleaning fee. The amount will be credited back to the guest's bank account within 3 business days, minus any applicable bank or transfer fees (3-10%), depending on the recipient bank's location. Long Stay Booking Notice For stays longer than 10 days, guests are required to schedule regular cleaning and linen/towel changes to ensure the unit is well-maintained. Applicable fees will be charged for these services.
