Let’s tour the place This beautiful one bedroom apartment is spread over 95 sqm and has capacity for 4 people. The living room at the unit is light-colored and fresh, featuring a large creamy double sofa-bed with grass-green cushions, a grey armchair, light grey rug, a coffee table, TV unit topped with a smart TV, and modern decorations all over the space. The living room also features a wall-to-wall panoramic glass doors giving access to a private terrace furnished with a table, two chairs, and a swing, overlooking the streets of Dubai from above. Next to the living area is a rectangular wooden dining table with 4 green chairs, and a serving hatch to the kitchen. Also, in this open space living area is a small welcome counter with beautiful round mirror on top, giving the place a feeling of modernity and elegance. The kitchen at the apartment is neatly organized, and includes wooden cabinets of the color white and brown, and beige granite counter tops. It is fully equipped with everything you might need, such as a freezer and refrigerator, cooking basics, dishwasher, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, stove with hood on top, dishes and silverware, toaster, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil facilities and Nespresoo coffee maker. Going inside, you will find the large master bedroom. It comes with a comfortable grey king-size bed dressed with fresh linens, night tables with lights, a cute beige rug, a built-in wardrobe, and a panoramic wall-to-wall glass door giving access to the shared balcony. The glass is covered by light curtains, as well as room-darkening shades - in case you enjoy a gloomy morning. The room has a full private bathroom that includes a bathtub, a toilet, two wash basins, and all the amenities you might need during your stay such as cleaning products, conditioner, hot water, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more. There is also a second bathroom for guests at the apartment, with a toilet and a wash basin. The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as fire extinguisher, and smoke alarm.
