It includes a beige sofa and patterned armchair, beautifully nested over a matching rug under a coffee table; it also features a smart TV, and lots of artworks, decorations, and plants. •          The open space living room also includes a dining corner, with a squared table and four white chairs, as well as a buffet. •          The living room leads to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, for you to enjoy the mesmerizing lake views from above, as you sip your morning coffee in front of the beautiful scenery. •          The apartment is naturally well-lit, thanks to a large glass doors and windows, giving access to the balcony. •          The place gives an artistic vibe, as every piece of furniture is special in its own way. •          Fully equipped, upgraded kitchen with modern appliances like Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Electric kettle, Cooking stove, Oven, and a Coffee Maker. BUS STOPS NEAR DUBAI ARCH TOWER: In collaboration with Dubai Road and Transportation Authority (RTA), there is a network of public bus service that operates in JLT on two routes; JLT 1 and JLT 2. A shuttle passes through the community every 20 minutes. METRO STATIONS NEAR DUBAI ARCH TOWER: Those who rely on the Dubai Metro can use DMCCMetro Station and Sobha Realty Metro Station, which are 3 minutes and 5 minutes away from the building, respectively. Other details to note  •          While we want the experience to be absolutely carefree, the check in/check outs are flexible, depending on the nature of the booking, we always make the supervisors available. •          The timings need to be followed but no extra charges on request for an additional hour is required. •          When you enter the apartment, please guide yourself to the table, there will be a Welcome Letter (including the passwords/building information) and a House Rule manual. •          I recommend you to go through it. •          A security deposit will always be held with us till the check out to ensure the apartment is in good condition. •          For your convenience, please provide me with your passport copies beforehand as I need to submit them at the reception. MARCO POLO HOLIDAY HOME HOUSE RULES: Complying with these House Rules while staying with Marco polo Holiday Homes Rental LLC is a requirement of the Vacation Rental Agreement. Failure to adhere to the below outlined House Rules, may result in penalties or termination of the booking with immediate effect. Guests must notify Marco Polo Holiday Home of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable. 1. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: • Guest cannot leave the apartment without notifying management prior 2 hours as the supervisor has to check the property and be there. 2. NOISE AND NO PARTY POLICY: • Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during the nighttime hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and upon arrival and departure. 3. VISITORS: • Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded and that the visitors are complicit with these House Rules. No overnight visitor. 4. GARBAGE: • There is a garbage shoot on each floor and spare garbage bags available in the apartment. 5. SECURITY: • Any time guests leave the apartment, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent any potential, dust and sand and/or water damage. 6. BALCONY AND DECK AREA: • No barbecue is allowed in the deck/balcony areas of the residential building. 7. SECURITY DEPOSIT: • The guest has to deposit money for security purpose, the amount can vary according to the property you are living in. The deposit will be returned after checking apartment at check out and ensuring all is well. 8. NO SMOKING INSIDE: (500 AED FINE) • Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is strictly prohibited in the apartments/villas. The guests can only smoke on the balconies or designated areas. 9. NO DAMAGE: • No damage to the apartment will be entertained, (be it breakage, damage or loss) inside/outside and will be charged on the guest in full (if any).
