Terms and Conditions of Reservation These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between WHITE SAGE (hereinafter referred to as "the Management") and the individual(s) making a booking (hereinafter referred to as "the Guest"). By confirming a reservation, the Guest agrees to abide by the following: 1. Reservation and Payment Policy • Non-Refundable Status: All reservations are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. • Amendments: Any requests to modify stay dates, shorten the duration of the stay, or make amendments to the guest details will be treated as a cancellation. • Cancellation Fees: Cancellations incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. 2. Check-In and Check-Out • Standard Times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. • Extensions: Subject to availability, an additional one-hour extension for check-out may be granted at no extra charge. This must be requested and confirmed by Management in advance. • Registration: In compliance with local building regulations, Guests must provide clear copies of their Passport or Emirates ID prior to arrival for building security registration. 3. Keyless Application and Access Cards: • Keyless Entry: Guests are required to download the designated Keyless Application and register an account. Access will be shared via the email address provided by the Guest. • Access Cards: Physical access cards must be handled with care. Loss or damage to an access card will result in a replacement fee ranging from AED 500 to AED 1,000. 4. House Rules and Guest Conduct • Smoking Policy: All forms of smoking, including Vaping, Shisha, and E-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Penalties: Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund and a mandatory remediation fee of AED 5,000. • Safety: Throwing items (including cigarettes, ashes,) from balconies is illegal, dangerous, and strictly forbidden. • Quiet Hours: In accordance with building regulations, noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM. Loud music or disruptive behaviour is not permitted at any time. • Utilities: Guests are kindly requested to turn off lights and electronic appliances when not in use to support energy conservation. 5. Liability and Valuables • Personal Property: Management shall not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings, including but not limited to cash, jewellery, electronics, or documents. • Insurance: Guests are encouraged to maintain their own travel insurance for the duration of their stay. 6. Cleaning and Maintenance • Post-Stay Cleaning: The cleaning fee covers the Cleaning and Linen change after departure. • Mid-Stay Cleaning: Additional cleaning services during the stay can be arranged upon request for an additional service fee. 7. Departure Protocol Upon check-out, Guests must: 1. Leave all access cards and keys on the main table. 2. Ensure the apartment door is securely locked. 3. Dispose all garbage and switch off lights and energy consuming appliances. 8. Right to Amend The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, or add to these regulations at any time without prior notice. Failure to comply with House Rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
