BELLAVIU HOLIDAY HOMES L.L.C - HOUSE RULES 1. General Conduct • Respect for Property: Guests are expected to treat the property with care. Any damage to the property, furnishings, or appliances will result in charges for repairs or replacements. • Noise Levels: Excessive noise, including loud music or parties, is prohibited after 10:00 PM to respect neighbours and maintain a peaceful environment. Violations may lead to fines or eviction. • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking occurs, a fine of up to AED 2,000 may be imposed. • Visitors: Overnight visitors are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance. Visitors must leave the property by 12:00 AM. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or eviction. 2. Check-In and Check-Out • Check-In Time: Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Early check-ins can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. • Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and may incur additional charges. • Identification: All guests must present a valid passport or Emirates ID at check-in. No check-in will be allowed without proper identification. 3. Cleanliness and Housekeeping • Cleaning Services: The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. During your stay, guests are responsible for keeping the property tidy. • Excess Cleaning Fee: If the property is left in an unacceptable condition (e.g., excessive garbage, stains, or damages), additional cleaning fees will apply. • Linen and Towels: Fresh linens and towels will be provided at check-in. Any additional cleaning or linen services can be arranged for an extra charge. 4. Use of Property • Residential Use Only: The property is intended solely for residential purposes and may not be used for any business or commercial activities. • Parties and Events: Parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior approval is given by the holiday home management. • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the property listing. Specific properties may allow pets, subject to additional fees or restrictions. • Parking: Guests must park in designated parking areas only. Unauthorized parking may result in fines or towing of the vehicle. 5. Safety and Security • Security Measures: Guests must ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. • Smoking Areas: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (if applicable). • Emergency Contacts: Emergency contact numbers for the property and local authorities will be provided. Guests should familiarize themselves with these upon check-in. 6. Maintenance and Damages • Report Damages: Any damages or maintenance issues must be reported within 24 hours of check-in. • Faulty Appliances: If any appliances or equipment are malfunctioning, guests should notify the property manager immediately. Refunds will not be provided for appliance issues, but efforts will be made to resolve the problem promptly. • Alterations: Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the property, including moving furniture or making modifications. 7. Access Cards • Lost Cards: A fee of AED 500 will be charged for any unreturned building or parking access cards. • Locked Out: If you are locked out of the property during your stay, please contact us to obtain a replacement key for access. 8. Utilities • Utility Consumption: Guests are expected to use utilities (electricity, water, etc.) responsibly. Excessive consumption beyond the normal range (e.g., exceeding AED 700 per bedroom per month) may result in additional charges. • Air Conditioning: Guests should turn off the air conditioning when leaving the property to conserve energy. 9. Local Laws and Regulations • Compliance with Local Laws: All guests must comply with local laws and regulations, including those related to behavior, noise, and public decency. • Tourism Dirham Fee: Guests are required to pay the Tourism Dirham Fee, which is determined based on the length of stay, as mandated by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). 10. Insurance and Liability • Personal Insurance: Guests are advised to secure travel insurance to cover any personal accidents, loss, or damage during their stay. • Liability: The property owner and management are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their safety and the safety of their visitors.
