HOUSE RULES Parties/events are not allowed. No additional Guests allowed. We would need a Security Deposit as a guarantee for your stay which you can choose to pay either with a credit/debit card or you could give cash upon check-in. Security Deposits are mandatory and HiGuests reserves the rights to admission if deposits are denied. This is a refundable amount that will be given back to you upon completion of the inspection of your apartment after your check out. You will receive a set of Keys and Access cards. Loss of any of these will result in Security Deposit Deduction. Smoking is strictly forbidden and can only smoke in outdoor areas. Please, remind daily cleaning is not included. You will be provided with a set of Bath and hand towels – one for each guest. Early check in: 50 AED per each extra hour earlier than 15:00 Dubai Time (Subject to availability). Late Check Out: 100 AED per each extra hour after regular check out time (11:00) (Subject to availability). Tourism Dirham fee charged by the Dubai Tourism and commence municipality (DTCM). Lost of Access Cards - AED 500 Lost of Key - AED 200 Apartment is registered as a Holiday Home and all Guests should provide their passports copies in advance according the Dubai regulations.
