Let’s tour the place This amazing one bedroom apartment is spread over 50 sqm, and has capacity for 4 people. The living room features a black double sofa bed, a matching coffee table nested over a light colored rug, a brown armchair, and a black TV unit with a flat screen TV. The room has decorations, plants, and wall arts, giving the place a sense of uniqueness. Next to the living room is a large dining table with 6 chairs, and a small buffet on the side. The kitchen at the apartment is nicely filled with wooden cabinets, with a serving hatch to the living/dining area. It includes all equipment you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, stove and oven with a hood on top, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. There is also a small balcony accessible from the living room. Inside is a large colorful master bedroom, in which you’ll find a comfortable navy blue king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and bed covers, an armchair with a table, night tables with lamps, a wardrobe, and a dedicated work space. The private bathroom connected to the room includes a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin, and amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, and essentials like soap, towels, toilet paper, and more. There’s also a second bathroom for guests, including a toilet and a washbasin. The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and smoke detectors. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine. Security staff at Shams 1 are available 24/7. CCTV cameras are installed at different points in the apartment building and all apartments are centrally air-conditioned. There is a sports center located in the apartment building where residents and guests can play their favourite sports. The building also has a kid’s play area and a swimming pool. The neighborhood is famous for its beach, cafes, restaurants, shopping, playgrounds etc. On the beach there's plenty of water activities and guests can rent sun loungers and umbrellas. Major Landmarks near the location include Tolerance Bridge, Emirates Golf Club, and The Beach Tolerance. HOUSE RULES Parties/events are not allowed. No additional guests allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden and is only permitted in outdoor areas. Please note that daily cleaning is not included. You will be provided with a set of bath and hand towels – one for each guest. Early Check-in: AED 50 per each extra hour earlier than 15:00 Dubai Time (subject to availability). Late Check-out: AED 100 per each extra hour after the regular check-out time (11:00) (subject to availability). Tourism Dirham Fee is charged by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Municipality (DTCM).
