These copies will be uploaded by us to the DTCM (Dubai Tourism Dept.) for their records and are required by us under the laws of the Govt. of Dubai. Before leavingthe apartment, please ensure all the water taps, electrical-gas appliances, lights & air-conditioning are shut off. This is a non-smoking apartment. Kindly use the balcony for smoking. In case of any maintenance issues, we urge you to call us immediately at the contact numbers given above. Keys, Access Card & Parking Cards (if required) have been handed over to you upon check-in. Please place them in the key box during check-out. Loss of itemswill becharged as follows: keys@ 100 AED each, accesscards/parking transponder @ 300 AED each. The company won’t be liable for any items left behind after check-out. Please ensure to check the premises before your departure. The building facilities (GYM & SWIMMING POOL) are free touse and you canuse the access cardsto gain entry. Kindly note that such usage will be at your own risk and neither we nor the owner of the property is responsible for any injury, loss, or damages.
