MARCO POLO HOLIDAY HOME HOUSE RULES: Complying with these House Rules while staying with Marco polo Holiday Homes Rental LLC is a requirement of the Vacation Rental Agreement. Failure to adhere to the below outlined House Rules, may result in penalties or termination of the booking with immediate effect. Guests must notify Marco Polo Holiday Home of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable. 1. CHECK IN/CHECK OUT: • Guest cannot leave the apartment without notifying management prior 2 hours as the supervisor has to check the property and be there. 2. NOISE AND NO PARTY POLICY: • Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during the nighttime hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and upon arrival and departure. 3. VISITORS: • Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded and that the visitors are complicit with these House Rules. No overnight visitor. 4. GARBAGE: • There is a garbage shoot on each floor and spare garbage bags available in the apartment. 5. SECURITY: • Any time guests leave the apartment, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked to maintain security and prevent any potential, dust and sand and/or water damage. 6. BALCONY AND DECK AREA: • No barbecue is allowed in the deck/balcony areas of the residential building. 7. SECURITY DEPOSIT: • The guest has to deposit money for security purpose, the amount can vary according to the property you are living in. The deposit will be returned after checking apartment at check out and ensuring all is well. 8. NO SMOKING INSIDE: (500 AED FINE) • Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, is strictly prohibited in the apartments/villas. The guests can only smoke on the balconies or designated areas. 9. NO DAMAGE: • No damage to the apartment will be entertained, (be it breakage, damage or loss) inside/outside and will be charged on the guest in full (if any).
