Let’s tour the place This amazing one bedroom apartment is spread over 141 sqm and has capacity for 4. It is located on the ground floor of Grandeur Residences in Palm Jumeirah. The living room features two large grey sofas, one is a double sofa bed. The room also includes a coffee table, and a wooden TV unit with a TV on top, side tables, a grey ruh, and beautiful paintings and decoration. The room is naturally well-lit thanks to extensive glass doors giving access to a private balcony. Next to the living room is a large dining table with 6 chairs, with a mirror on the side, and a serving hatch to the kitchen. The kitchen at the apartment is nicely filled with white cabinets and granite countertops. It includes all equipment you might need during your stay such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and more. Inside is the master bedroom. It has a comfortable king-size bed dressed with fresh white linens and bed covers, night tables, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and an armchair. The private bathroom connected to the room includes a bathtub, a toilet and two washbasins, and amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, and essentials like soap, towels, toilet paper, and more. There is a second bathroom that has a toilet and a washbasin. The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine. HOUSE RULES Parties/events are not allowed. No additional guests allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden and is only permitted in outdoor areas. Please note that daily cleaning is not included. You will be provided with a set of bath and hand towels – one for each guest. Early Check-in: AED 50 per each extra hour earlier than 15:00 Dubai Time (subject to availability). Late Check-out: AED 100 per each extra hour after the regular check-out time (11:00) (subject to availability). Tourism Dirham Fee is charged by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Municipality (DTCM).
