- Booking is non refundable when cancelling up until 5 days before arrival

We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a harmonious environment by respecting our house rules, which include: - Being considerate of neighbors - Treating furniture with care - Avoiding hosting large parties - NO pets allowed inside the apartment - Adherence to Dubai's laws and regulations are required - NO smoking allowed inside the apartment. Guests will be charged an additional Dhs 1,500 cleaning fee if any sign of smoke residue or smell is detected upon check out. - Safely returning the access cards of the apartment. A fee of 300 Dhs will be charged for each lost access card (building access card & building parking card)
