Strictly 15-minute grace period will be allowed, after which a charge equivalent to half a night's stay will apply. If the check-out occurs after 12:00 PM, a full night's charge will be applied. Note: Late check-out after 12:00 PM is subject to availability of the unit. Booking extension – Guests must inform the host at least 4 hours prior to the standard check-out time. Failure to do so will result in an automatic charge for the unit's cleaning fee. Debit Card: A request for a refund will be sent to the Finance team the day after the guest's check-out. The amount will be credited back to the guest's bank account within 3 business days, minus any applicable bank or transfer fees (3-10%), depending on the recipient bank's location. Long Stay Booking Notice For stays longer than 10 days, guests are required to schedule regular cleaning and linen/towel changes to ensure the unit is well-maintained. Applicable fees will be charged for these services.
