Rules and Policies Cancellation policy: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. - If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation. Rules: - Smoking is only allowed in the terraces, smoking inside the apartment will carry a fine of €250. - Parties are not allowed in this property. - The cleaning fee is included in the total price. - Crib and baby chair are available under request with no extra charge
